We are excited to welcome Katie Izenour to our lab for her PhD! Katie is the first graduate student from the lab who will be based in the Department of Pathobiology in the AU-College of Veterinary Medicine. Katie joins us from CDC where she was a part of the PEPFAR (President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief) program in Washington DC.

Katie received her Master’s of Public Health from Tulane University and BSc from the University of South Florida, and brings with her years of experience in public health.
